I was looking for these to not only melt cheese, steam basting, but cook eggs and keep food warm! Excellent sizes …so glad I bought them!!

You really need the triple set. You never know when all three will be required. I have used these many times and are exactly what I wanted.

this item works great. im using them with a blackstone 17" griddle (you can also use them with standard cooking pans). great for smaller cooking scenarios, ya may want to pick up a 12" +, for complete coverage with larger cooking projects. however, the two 9" lids do simultaneously fit on the blackstone 17 as well. these lids are lightweight, but hold up just fine. it's a simple steaming/melting cover.

As a line cook these work extremely well, much better than most cheap aluminum lids I’ve worked with over the great many years I’ve been cooking. I’d give it 5 stars if the screws were more secure, they loosen up every couple days. Perhaps they should include lock washers. However they did come with 3 extra bolts. Overall I like them.

I used the melting covers the next time I cooked once they arrived. I made a grill cheese, fried egg and bacon sandwich. I really like the variety the sizes provide. When melting cheese on a burger, I appreciate the height of the melting cover. I like to use the residual heat to finish cooking a dish while focusing on a other item for a meal. I am very happy with the purchase!

These are really nice. The handles are great. They worked perfectly on my griddle and cleaned up really easily. I like the shiny chrome look of them and they are sturdy. I would recommend them. Good value getting 3 for the price, I thought.

Belle qualitée de produit, il y a aussi plus de vis qu'il en faut , car certaine vise sont trop longue. dont ont trouve facilement celle qui fait. La dimention est parfaite , pour le grill maison, aussi jolie pour présenter une assiettes à l'exterieur. Protege la viande pour le grill avant d'etre cuite, pas de mouche! , j'utilise proteger les boulles de pâte pour pas qu'elle sèche. Il y a plein d'utilité !

Covers work well. I use it as an anti-spatter cover (eg: cooking bacon). I needed to drill a small hole on top to let steam escape otherwise the build up just bubbles under the edge and you get a mess. Still works well as a cheese melter even with the 1/8 “ hole drilled into the top beside the handle.

The lids are heavy and really solid. They’re excellent on my griddle! I love them
