Zitel® Charger Dock Cable Compatible with Fitbit Sense/Versa 3 - Black

Nice product

I purchased this zetel Sense charger from Amazon, and initially, it seemed to work fine. However, within just a month, one of the four pins on the charger got stuck inside and won't come out, rendering the charger completely unusable. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the price and the fact that it's a genuine product. For such a critical accessory, I expected better durability and quality. Now, I'm left with a dead Fitbit and no way to charge it until I find a replacement. I would not recommend this charger to anyone unless zetel addresses this issue.

My fitbit sense charger went kaput in just under a month. Talk of high priced inferior quality. This charger comes with a longer cable and working well. OEMs should learn sometimes from aftermarket makers

Works perfectly Thanks

It works for my Versa 3 but at times I get a notification on the device saying "not enough power, use a different charger" which tells that this is an reliable source of power which may not/may hamper my device. While charging speed is comparatively slower than the Versa 3 original charger, it is working as of now. I am just a bit skeptical if it is reliable enough especially after paying this amount.

It's very handy and carrying in the metallic box saves the pins from damage. However two pieces have been sent . Request please collect the extra piece from my residence at greater Noida.

Worst product . I purchased in 1st in Feb25 and one of the pin stuck in charging did not work. 2nd purchased in Aug25 again today same problem and Amazon should replace me with new one some other good standard product. I tried pulling pin out n put quick fix at base of pin . No use

i have purchased this week before as now it was working fine. let c after 2 month how it was working working fine for fitbit sense.
