perfect for my grandpup! Seems a little pricey but what can you do ?! Chemicals (maybe chlorine?) seem to attach to the legs like barnacles but do wash off. Made entering and especially existing the pool perfect for him! I ordered the standard size and while it's a little too steep to be set up along the top edge of the pool, its perfect when set up on the top step of my in-pool ladder (although then that blocks the ladder for us humans! lol!)

We just received a few days ago but so far I’m really happy. We live in AZ and it’s brutally hot so the only exercise my dog gets is from the pool. We needed something for him to get in and out of the pool. My husband built a frame for the outside, but we for the inside. So far it’s working amazing and my dog is super happy and loving it as you can see in the video. Why did you pick this product vs others?: We picked this product because we needed something that he could jump up on in the pool to get out of. He weighs almost 100 pounds so it wasn’t feasible to lift him out of the pool and also we didn’t want to hurt him so this works so great.

Perfect solution! Easy to install and to store away. Takes 5 minutes. Well made - sturdy. The dog loved it almost immediately. Pool is now safer and he can get in and out without us having to get in and out with him. LIVE IT.

Amazing customer service! We purchased the ramp and the bolts broke out of the plastic. I emailed customer service Saturday evening. They personally returned my call on Sunday! They were very apologetic, took full responsibility and explained that it was a quality control issue with that particular ramp and it wasn’t meant to be sent. They took full responsibility, we’re super sweet and sent us a new ramp via fed ex and returned our money! We’ve had the new ramp for almost two weeks now and have had no issues! We have two labs and they love it. They use the ramp all day, everyday. It is easy for them to use and very stable. It gives us piece of mind that they can safely get in and out of the pool without our assistance. We did zip tie the top of the ramp to our pool (above ground) for added stability. Would definitely recommend.

Great ramp except it’s meant to go in pool, yet the metal on it has corroded over a very short period. The ramp was only a use for a few months before corrosion started on the metal parts. Very disappointing. Additionally, more concerning is with the pool chemicals, The coating on the ramp came off into my pool and I had to completely drain the pool and clean it because my filter wouldn’t get all of the debris off of the pool floor and I did not want that on myself or my Dogs and this pool is actually for my working dog. Other than that, it’s a sturdy well built ramp.

Very unstable, my dog is 65lb & if he isnt lined up just perfectly the ramp turns over on its side & becomes very dangerous. The 2 small metal bars that attach underneath & are meant to hold the ramp in position (when not folded) are VERY weak & the plastic they screw into is extremely weak & after 4 uses one of the plastic holes has already broken off which is a huge problem because there are only 2 on each side. The ramp is a wonderful idea for getting your dog in & out of the pool but the manufacturing is a horrible disappointment.

The nut inside of the ramp failed in under a year of minimal use. I tried to hot glue a new nut for the bolts but that failed.

So happy with this purchase! Very study ramp, easy to assemble, and my rottie loves it. The slip resistant material works very well. We pull the ramp out when not in use to avoid corrosion.
