You wonโt regret sticking with it
I have been using this product for a while now. It was a game changer for me. I have a very physical job in a humid environment and always struggled with cramps at night due to the amount of fluid lost through the day. I no longer suffer from cramps EVER. The taste can be off putting to begin with but the trick is to start small. Around 8 to 10 drops in 24oz of water. You will find it softens the water without it being salty. This is the part that takes getting used to as the water appears a little slimy (Similar to having a water softener installed in your home and showering for the first few times with that soft water) When you adjust to the โfeelโ of the water in your mouth then you up the dose. I now put probably 15-20 drops into my 24oz water bottle and it actually feels and tastes like Iโm drinking milk. I love it! Just one tip, donโt try to leave it for later as it does change after a few hours sitting in the bottle and may not be pleasant. I now have all my friends and colleagues drinking it instead of the sports drinks

Great for replenishing
This does have a taste/flavor when added to water but it isn't bad. Gard to describe though... creamy with a touch of salt? I do think it helps me replenish when I am at a tournament in the heat or pulling an all-nighter at work or recovering from being sick. We drink purified water so this is a good way to add some minerals back into the water.

Highly recommend - especially if you filter your water
I add this to my reverse osmosis filtered water and I can feel the difference. It has a slight taste, but it reminds me that I'm getting hydrated and mineralized. I've looked at other versions and brands and this seems to have the most for your money!

Very nice
You have to drink it for a week before you start seeing any change. So stick with it.

Great product
First up, you need to acquire a taste for its mineralness. It's a little salty and has minerals in it so you are going to taste them. However, once I got used to the taste, I now swear by this stuff. It helps keep you hydrated, I now drink more water and actually I now really like the taste. Give it a try and remember these ARE minerals so the taste will be new and different but give it time and start off slow with the amount you use to get accustomed to it.

Great for adding to RO (reverse osmosis) or distilled water
Unlike many reviewers on here, I'm simply using this product to remineralize water from my reverse osmosis system. The main complaint that people have is that it tastes bad. Well, maybe it tastes bad if you are putting a Tbsp in a cup of water as a supplement, but if you use only 5-10 drops per 8 oz. of water it actually tastes amazing. The result is basically like home made Smartwater, which is essentially bottled RO water infused with electrolytes/minerals. My routine has been to add a few cubes of ice and 10 drops of 40,000 volts to a cocktail shaker and shake it to really integrate the minerals with the water (you could stir too I guess, or shake it in a travel water bottle) This method has resulted in the best tasting water I've had aside from expensive, plastic-wasting, bottled water like Fiji. It is worth noting that I use a TDS meter to determine proper concentration. I enjoy the flavor most with a reading of 300-400. I've tried Concentrace and ToniiQ, which are also good options but this is cheaper when you buy the 2 pack. RO water is stripped of all its minerals and therefore becomes slightly acidic, which results in harsh tasting water, because the minerals that were taken out were alkaline (potassium, calcium, sodium bicarbonate, etc.) and many experts say that we should drink slightly alkaline water (not ionized, the alkalinity needs to come from minerals.) When using distilled or RO water, it is also a good idea to have some minerals because the human body works on a system of osmosis and if you are only drinking hypotonic solutions you're probably not hydrating as efficiently as you could be (I am just hypothesizing here, as it's hard to get a solid answer about this even when comparing scientific articles - I'm just basing it on my feeling of being more hydrated after drinking water with minerals vs. distilled.)
