This has been the best purchase I ever made on Amazon. I heard about this product from a doctor on a radio talk show. He indicated a lot of issues women had when they age is low folate which regulates mood and a variety of other issues. I’m 68 and have been having weird mood swings so thought I would give this a try. I honestly can’t even begin to describe the change I felt after just a couple of weeks. Mild depression gone.
