DEWALT FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX Lithium Ion Battery, 6.0-Ah (DCB606)

They are exactly what your order. They came faster then what I expected even with the snow storm. My mistake is I brought the wrong battery's for what I was intending to use them for. Fortunately thought they work with other tools I have. My mistake not the sellers fault. I will definitely keep them.

I use it with the dewalt pressure washer. Can easily wash a 14 passenger van with one battery. So it lasts long enough. I’m happy with it. Not cheap… but as we all know; the batteries is where they get you! ;)

I have only had the pair for a day, but the facts existed when I made my order. I only had basic 1.5Ah batteries to run my DeWalts. Drill and impact driver were okay with that, but my recip saw labored (1/2hour run time cutting sheetrock demolition, and cutting out a dozen rusted 5/16" bolts took two batteries). I had to upgrade my arsenal, but which deal? Do the analysis like I did. Current prices (Xmas 2017) have a pair of 3.0Ah for $100, pair of 4.0Ah for $130, and the pair of 6.0Ah for $150. That is over $16/Ah for the first two, and under $13/Ah for the big guys. Plus the 6.0Ah's are set to work in 60V tools, and as a pair in 120V tools. So versatility. And then when they arrived, a bonus. Each of the batteries comes topped with a hard plastic "slipcover". A piece that slides onto the mounting track and protects (from knocks and filth) the important electrical contacts. So added protection. (I will note here that for some perverse reason, these red protector pieces DO NOT fit on my 1.5Ah batteries. They have tabs on them that prevent them from sliding all the way onto the smaller capacity batteries. Why do that? It will be 1.5Ah batteries that are going to be riding around loose as backups given I have the big guys to rely on now. It would be nice to offer the small guys similar protection.) I will say that these 6.0Ah batteries are heavy with all the added fuel cells. I haven't tried them yet in my drills, and probably won't. But I have tried them on my recip saw, and even with the added weight I don't see a problem. My DeWalt still weighs less than some corded Milwaukees I have used. And charging time is now an issue. Even with both batteries arriving with charge on them, each took over two hours to top off. I suppose DeWalt/Amazon is going to get my $$ for a rapid charger next.

Great batteries as always

I followed the procedure for charging these batteries, but still after the 2nd charge and use cycle, neither of the batteries would charge. They just sit in the charger, as if they are taking charge, but never get past one green bar on the indicator. Fortunately Dewalt has an excellent warranty. Customer service responded immediately and after sending them my receipt and battery information via email, they are shipping me a replacement set. Yes, it’s a bit of a hassle, but these batteries kick butt! They crank out some serious power and last a long time on a full charge. I’d hate to go back to a standard battery. Hopefully whatever the issue was with recharging has been corrected and the new set will last. Nothing is perfect, but when you buy Dewalt, they stand by their products. Hopefully when I get the new set, I can update the longevity status to 5 stars.

Long lasting

Love this battery. It lasts a very long time when using on 20v line up. A little heavy but it's worth it for the extended run times I get with it. The best part is you can feel the power difference when you use it on a tool that requires a lot of power like the 20v sawsall or 20v circular saw. You can really push/apply pressure without feeling the tool bog down on you. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. DeWalt Tough!

Great product and value

The battery was physically in a very well used condition. Scratches and dents all over. It worked for few months on a 12 inch flexvolt miter saw then it stopped working out if the blue... Not impressed. Purchased last year but didn't bother reviewing my order till now. I took a risk buying a used battery and it didn't pay off
