Will they vibrate for incoming calls?

I've only taken 2 calls on them so far and don't recall that they vibrated on the incoming. Just got the ringtone overriding whatever audio was going on in the earpiece.

Are these good for voice to text?

Yes they work fine for talk to text. I use them in that fashion all the time
