I’ve been using this health and fitness stepper a lot, and I love it! It’s super easy to use and perfect for those days when I’m not in the mood to go out for a walk or hit the gym. This is amazing! it works really well. It saves space and time! for me as a super busy person to have a walk outside, this was a life changer. Now I can play my 30 minutes of Cardio with no excuses, while watching an episode in the mid of my bedroom, standing on this equipment. I can tell u with a moderate effort; I was able to raise the BPM to 150 which is equivalent to a speed of 6.5 on a treadmill. I'm recommending this to all my friends who want to lose weight!

This machine is marketed for cardio, yet the manual states you can use this machine for 15 minutes MAX or you risk overheating and damaging the machine. It recommends 30 minutes wait time between each session. This info should be disclosed on the amazon page because many people do much more than short 15 minute cardio sessions.

I just bought this last week and have used it 4 or 5 times so far. I love it! It was easy to set up, and it comes with helpful instructions for assembling and using the device. It gives you a good walking workout if you can't or don't want to walk outdoors, making it very convenient to use while watching TV. The red knob allows you to adjust the range of motion to give you a smaller or larger step. I have the red knob set to the maximum range of motion to give me a larger step, but just keep in mind that your step count won't be as high as if you set the knob to a smaller range of motion. I have not yet used the app, as I'm a person that doesn't like to have to download an app and create an account for everything. But, I have been very pleased with the built-in computer screen on the machine, as it seems to do an effective job of tracking my steps taken, calories burned, and amount of time spent on the machine. Plus, it is also very easy to reset the computer at the end of your workout by simply pressing and holding the small red button on the screen. The machine seems to be durable and high-quality, so I expect that it should last for a while. Given the price, I'm not expecting this to last for years, but it seems to be a decent piece of workout equipment for the low price it is. I strongly recommend wearing shoes while using the machine, as opposed to using it in socks or bare feet. You'll likely slip if you just wear socks, and you may hurt your feet and toes if you use it in bare feet. If you misstep while getting onto the machine, it can hurt your feet. Don't make the same mistake I did, and be sure to wear shoes! :)

I bought this step 2 weeks ago From the first 10 minutes I knew this could be a great one So far I am extremely satisfied It is very flexible to use while watching TV or so and I immediately feel the effect After 1 week I heard a slight squeaking sound that immediately disappeared after a minimal use of silicone spray

Ich sag mal so dieses kleine sportgerät für zwischendurch um sich mal ein bisschen zu bewegen wenn es draußen schlechtes Wetter ist beim Fernsehen und einfach fit zu bleiben dafür ist es vollkommen in Ordnung und macht sogar auch ein bisschen Spaß

This was unpacked and assembled very quickly in a couple of minutes. It’s of a very sturdy construction and although new suspect it it very long lasting. I think it is good value for its money even the elasticated parts for the arms are good. My only slight issue is the digital display can only be zeroed by removing the battery. But that isn’t a big a job but just inconvenient. I bought this for the winter months as I usual walk most days while there is some day light. Early days but I think this will work well with the rest of my exercise routine. I would recommend buying this if you are looking for a stepper.
