Best waterfall filter we’ve ever had
Excellent filter. Our turtle is constantly knocking over filters and causing them to burn out. This one just keeps going and filters really well. It is also very quiet and inexpensive

Disappointed!
I liked it and it is very quiet, unfortunately it didn't last very long. Purchased July 24 and it quit working August 17.

Good Little Filter
Works great for a low water juvenile turtle tub. Exceeded my expectations. Removed filter sponge and put in ceramic balls as a biological media. Put filter floss on top of the biological media.

Not so dependable
This thing is okay. It took a lot of unplugging and plugging in to get it actually working. I added it to my bearded dragon's enclosure. She never soaks, so I'm hoping this new addition with a new water bowl will encourage her to drink and soak. One other issue is the cord is extremely short. I had to get an extension cord. The little movement by her made it stop working.

Works
It works wells with the low water for my baby turtle but does have to be cleaned out every 3-4 days from build up. Its easy to clean and atleast it is filtering the water well!

Not Suited to Planted Paludarium
I like that it can be used with a very shallow water level, but it claims to work for volumes of water up to 10 gallons, and that's just not accurate. Its 4W is far too weak to make a difference. It also really isn't suited for a tank with substrate, as it only has suction cups on one side, and if you stick those to the wall instead of the floor (so the intake is on the side, and the output is on top), that seems to reduce the flow somewhat. Also, who thought it was a good idea for a white device to have a black cord!? If you care about the aesthetics of your tank, you'll need to buy something to hide the cord.

A must have for a small tank.
Could not be happier. I’ve tried two other filters that were big bulky and very loud. This one is so discreet and quiet and keeps the tank so clean and clear. Super easy to clean as well!
