Just what I needed!
I've owned a 30K gal pool for over 30 years, and have tried pretty much every pool cleaner out there from Kreepy to Barracuda to Hayward. The idea of a self-contained cleaner that bypasses your external pump and filter system is just genius. This item is quick, thorough, and flexible enough to handle light, quick cleans to heavy-duty post-rainstorm messes. No trouble handling anything from large tree leaves to microfine dust. I suggest ordering the basket with the accordion-style filtration to capture and collect fine dust particles. Runs randomly around the pool from the 12' deep end to the 4' shallow end and cleans the entire pool in 1-2 hours. It gets the sides and waterline as described. I would describe this unit as a pool cleaning system rather than just a pool vac. Set and forget. Turn it on a walk away. It is a substantial unit, especially when full of water, and I could see some smaller women struggling to pull it out of the pool to store. It simply does everything I need it to do well. The filter baskets remove and hose off easily and replace. My pool has never been this clean. Sorry I wasted $ on those other so-called "cleaners" for all those years. This unit easily makes them obsolete. Very impressive unit and technology.

Works great as described, easy to set up and use.
It took no more than 15 minutes to remove from packing box and putting it in the pool to start cleaning. It climbs the smalls just as seen in the videos. It has a cycle on time that’s either 2 or 3 hours. Haven’t been around long enough while it’s running to time it. It reaches all corners of the pool. It’s a bit heavy when you take it out of the pool. After it drains then it lightens up. The latch on the bottom of the refuse basket maybe damaged. It’s easy to remove the basket to clean it. The filters captured a lot of fine dirt/particles that my Hayward Navigator wouldn’t pick up or if it did would go straight to the pool filter. Very happy with this product.

Amazing robot.
For eight seasons, I manually vacuumed our pool, and this little guy, whom we have named "Flipper," is unreal. The two-hour cycle cleans 100% of the pool, including the benches and stairs. He climbs the walls above the water line and everything in between. We have more debris in the shallow end, and I learned that the algorithm learns where to clean the most, so start it where you see the largest amount of debris in your pool. At first, we saw Flipper doing wheelies across the bottom. I did a little research, and the FAQ from the manufacturer's site stated to place the robot into the pool upside down, and it will right itself. It aids in removing excess air in the unit, and it worked like a charm. For the price, this little guy is a powerhouse.

broken after 10 months
Bought brand new on amazon. Lasted about 10 months and died. It cleaned OK but gets tangled and you have to run it two or three times for it get all /most the spots as it runs randomly in the water. I didn't like that the cord gets tangled. Now here for the kicker....It costs almost $200 to ship the vaccuum in for repair. So if you buy a Dolphin I recommend buying it local so you don't have to pay to get it shipped to Maytronics in GA. The warranty is only 2 years. When I dropped it off at UPS, they said they have to pack and ship maytronics in for repair a lot. Let's see how fast the repair and customer service is. I might need to write another update.

Recommended pool cleaner with one watch out
The Good: this cleaner works great. It replaced my old Polaris and what an upgrade! I hadn’t cleaned my pool in a while. This cleaner picked all kinds of debris and silt. It climbs walls. Step climbing is more of a challenge (for any cleaner). It’s easy to clean the unit-which btw is v important. After multiple uses this summer, this unit is a keeper! So-so: the electric cord that fits into the control box did not seat well. The rubber end is v hard. However after a few weeks it did seat well and I was able to lock it in place. I contacted the company about this and they were willing to replace the unit or I could wait till end of pool season (fall). I won’t have to now. But that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Good value for money and would definitely buy again.

Pricy, but worth it in the long run and will save you time!
I was skeptical about the E20 at first - I read so many mixed reviews, but didn’t have the $900+ to spend on models that have stellar reviews. I’m so, so glad I went with this model! I have an Intex Ultra Frame and it keeps the pool spotless. The only downside it that it can’t get into the rounded vinyl corners, but that’s easy enough for me to clean. The fine mesh filter that comes with the E20 states that you need an ultra fine (additional purchase) to filter out sand, but you absolutely don’t. It does great at keeping sand in the filter. It also states that it doesn’t scrub the waterline, but it does. It’s a big investment, but so worth it in the long run.

Quit working after 45 days
This product worked great for a month and a half. Then, it stopped working. It would come on and move a little (so there were no power supply issues) and then stop. There is no indication of an error code on the power supply box; the blue light is normal. I can find no clogged filters or issues without disassembling (based on everything I found online). I called customer support this morning. Not very helpful at all. I have to ship it back or find a supplier near me. Once they receive it, it takes two to three weeks to repair it. So, shipping it there and back, I will be without the cleaner for at least a month during the middle of summer or "pool" season. I purchased this unit to enjoy the convenience of it during the months in which we swim. I understand there is a process for everything, but it seems like they would ship me a replacement and let me ship my unit back, considering it is less than 60 days old. This vacuum is EXPENSIVE, and I expected better support than I received.

The best pool robot I have owned. I have always had the bug but this year decided to take the plunge. I do not need to waste money on wifi controlled or battery operated under powered cleaners. I have a 27’ pool and it is sparkling clean this year. Yes we did purchase. The better filter as others have recommended and it makes a huge difference. It never tangles, climbs up the sides and just cleans. I never leave it in the pool and remove it and place it in the garage after every use. The filters get emptied and debris removed, then rinsed and washed. I am very, very happy with this model and glad it was highly recommended to me by many reviews on the web and our local pool supplier that had none in stock.

I didn't find a lot of reviews and only saw a couple of youtube videos of it operating in an above ground pool so I was a little skeptical at first. It works fantastic and climbs the walls to do the waterline perfectly. It has enough suction to climb the wall and come back over on itself without falling off. I was very impressed. Super easy to operate and clean out. I would suggest adding an ultrafine filter to your order for the fine sand and algae that may creep in. The filters are standard for a few different units and made by a couple different manufacturers so you can find one for around $100. Altogether, best thing I've bought for our pool. 18'x33'x52" pool for reference.

This is a good little vacuum with a nice basket system that's easy to clean and take in and out. My only real complaint is that it doesn't handle stairs at all. It does a good job on the bottom and the sides up to the water line, but it will not go up any stairs. My stairs are very wide as well as the picture shows. My old Nautilus CC Plus vacuum easily cleaned the stairs but not this model. Still recommend it though.

While this product is “pool ready”, my completely normal small/medium size pool was a challenge for this robot to map and clean. It focuses all its time in one quadrant area and the walls, while the floor remains littered with leaves. Very unsatisfied and their return policy is a pain so pretty much stuck with it.

Runs for too short a period of time. Doesn’t cover the whole pool area. The area it does covers it does a wonderful job, may return it.
