A car phone holder is a must have for me. My pursuit of quality made me spend a lot of money on it. When I was about to lose hope, I met YRU!! The package came to me in just two days! And I was surprised after I opened it-The Leather Panel Design and the telescopic arm's feeling is sooo awesome! I don't need to worry about scratching my phone any more. The phone also won't slide out. Instantly I fell in love with it! ✨Great design: An extremely elegant package and super easy operation attracted me so much! The release buttons are on the two side of the mount. A slight press can release the phone easily. The bottom cradle perfectly matches the phone so that it won't affect the charging port. Got to say, their designers designed a particularly user-friendly product! Not only four types of installation ( on dash/window/vent/desk) but also adjust the length of the telescope arm, the angle and the direction of the mount. It's definitely worth over $100 if separately calculated! Oh right! The product comes with anair vent clip which can choose a different level to fit the car air outlets' blade. also with a cable clip to help manage cables! How thoughtful!! Actually, I’m also a curious baby. I wanted to install the telescopic arm backward. But a sad thing happened :( I didn't hold it well and it fell to the ground. So sad.. How silly I was... I didn't know what to do and contact them through Amazon (sold by-ask a question). I got the response soon. They told me that the suction cup should be installed in right way-you must press down the lever to lock it and fully stick it( stick on the dash and wait 3 hours let it fully stick) and it is reusable, they showed me the way to clean and reinstall it. They told me in very cold winter to "turn on the car air conditioner put the suction cup pad near the air conditioner vent (warm it a moment to enhance the stickiness) They told me it is reusable, they showed me the way to clean and reinstall it. Ask them any problems you have. They will provide a suitable solution for you. As I feel that they have a special attentive service team! :) If anyone encounters the same issue as mine, try this: clean the suction cup with water - after natural air dry to restore the stickiness - reinstall it. Make sure to clean the installation surface first. The other reason I got this phone holder was because my phone has a wallet case w/ card slots attached to the back of the case. And from my research, I did not find many phone holders that were able to hold a phone with a wallet attached to the back, until I found this YRU Car Mount. I gave my brother a YRU car phone mount as a gift. He loves this product! He said that it looks awesome and the suction cup is strong. Just what he wants! Thanks to YRU, my brother loves me more! Straight to the point: This product is not as effective during extreme heat. However, this product has a whole is very well put together and overall my favorite compared to similar products. See below for more in depth review. I purchased and received this product just before we were hit with a heat wave. During cooler temperatures, I had no issues with the product remaining fixed onto the surface I put it. When the temperatures soared to high heat (80-90* weather) and it baked under the sun, that’s when the suction cup would fail. This was an easy fix however once I let my vehicle cool down with the AC. The suction cup does work for multiple uses/application. I love how the arm allows you to adjust the phone to a higher or lower position and has a locking mechanism to keep it from moving up or down when set. This was a great features to ensure I have an unobstructed view of my display/rear view camera. I especially love the quick release button that allows me to easily remove my phone. The previous mount I used would attach to the vent and the constant force of quickly placing the phone on the mount and quickly taking it off eventually led to the vent becoming detached/broken. I also really enjoy the fact that I can have my phone mounted vertically, horizontally and even canted to the left or right. Overall, I think this product is very effective and well worth the money. I think this is a competitive product that in my opinion out performed any other variation of this product I have previously used. My only wish is that the suction cup was a bit stronger or more resistant to heat, but to be fair, it should be expected with this kind of product. I recommend this product to anyone unless you live in an area that is prone to more frequent high temperatures. Otherwise, this product just fit your needs!

Content: I was skeptical that the suction cup could hold strongly on the textured surface of my Opel Insignia 2009. I was wrong. The suction cup is very sticky and pliable. It seemed to form a very good seal. The product was shipped with no excessive or wasteful packaging and all components were contained snugly in a box. What’s in the box: 1*Suction Cup Mount 1*Adjustable Phone Holder, 1*YRU Cable Manager clip, 1*Sturdy Air Vent Clip, 1*User Manual, 1*Beautiful Packaging Box I think my favorite part of this is just how easy it is to get my smartphone in and out of it and how securely it holds it. The portion that holds the cellphone can accommodate a fairly large phone even with a case on it. The sides that hold it in expand automatically with the press of 2 side buttons - that my friends, is absolutely wonderful! Very simple to set up; simply remove the dial from the ball socket, slip the nut over the ball and then push the holder in place. Secure by screwing the nut and you are done. Easy. The base is secured to the dashboard with a secure suction and sticky substance. Before you stick down the base, figure out how and which way you would like to adjust your cellphone from and work it out. While you can reposition it at any time with a quick wash, best to work that out and get it right the first time. Then you simply wipe down your dashboard with the included wet and dry wipes, then stick the base down. Next, you push the suction tab down and voila, again, easy and done. There is also an included vent option, which seems easy enough to install, though I did not try this myself. While both mounts are very well made, the suction cup mount was my solution for I have a massive flat front windshield in the front of my cab. The kit contained good instructions for the proper mounting of their product as well as both alcohol cleaning and drying swabs. The suction cup is very tacky and once mounted on a smooth, properly cleaned surface it is nearly impossible to pull off without breaking the suction seal first! Operating the tractor over rough terrain did not dislodge my cell phone nor detach the holder itself. PERFECT! Cost-effectiveness and value: I was extremely satisfied with the quality and functionality of this product; it is well-made, rugged, and does the job it should in an efficient manner. I noticed it does shake a little while driving as i extended the telescopic arm all the way,but that's acceptable.I always had to find the end of the charging cable but with the cable organizer attachment ,you can clip the cables to it and its always there for you .this phone holder is really well designed and made . I've bought of this one three. I highly recommend. I bought one for me, one for my dad, and stepmom. We all love them. I have an older version of this one, and it wont come out of my window. I've gone over bumps, doesn't move. The cheap ones were crap. I've had great luck with these ones. Quality is great too. Very easy to mount. I like the idea that you can mount in window or air vent, which I also tried and didn't move, but this one comes with a cord holder. my first one of a different brand didn't come with that. Absolutely recommend....

**See update** I purchased the older model. It broke after a year. I got good use out of it. This is the new model and what I'm missing are two things - the extension part, where I can mount it farther back and pull it forward a bit to have the phone. The new model ix a fixed depth. I mostly miss where the release button is. The new model, when I go to get my phone or to adjust it or to slide the holders in, I'm hitting the release button. That's not cool. It takes three times as long to do anything. I get that with the old model the release button was in the back and cumbersome to get to, it could use updating, but maybe on the bottom of the hold slides is not the place. This is kind of a pain. The good side is that the adhesion is really good. With all the bumps on the road, this one is sticking better. **UPDATE** The manufacturer contacted me after a 3 star review, and they have been very personable, wonderful and attentive people. They sent out replacements for the head that holds the phone. There is a newer design that doesn't pop off when I reach for the phone, more like the older unit. The replacement is working perfectly. There is also a magnetic option, so if you're wanting the magsafe alternative, look for that in their store. This one is not for the magnetic one. I have changed my rating to a 5. It was a 3. I'm rating the product and the contact with the manufacturer. The manufacturer pays attention to the voice of the consumer and customer, and I feel valued because of that. Look, it's a $20 piece. Who pays attention to customers who spend $20. No one. Well...YRU does. I thank YRU again for working with me and not just having me return this item, as they could have done. It's solid and if you want to buy something line this - buy this one. Even the instructions are in good English, lol. It's silicon (sticky) suction disc doesn't need the tensioner to stay put on a window but does firmly lock it into place. The lock offs on the adjustable parts hold firm. I got mine to hold to a vauxhall slightly curved dash board top with very little effort
