Gets the job done. No issues so far. Batteries retain the power as implied. Charge speed is good. Overall good for the money.

But overall, great customer service care. The first unit I received was not working or DOA. After troubleshooting on my own I found it was the battery charger itself. So after submitting a request for a replacement, which was received the next day. The replacement worked with no issues. The batteries charged and are working fine.

They charge pretty quickly, and fit perfectly into the controllers. I had to drop the review to 4 stars because they die kinda quickly while you use them, and if they sit they don't hold a charge. The spots where the battery packs sit in the charger actually fit the battery packs on the controllers that take AA batteries.

They fit all 3 of my controllers perfectly and worked just fine. I had no problem charging them, and also charged my old controller batteries. My controllers have been stored for many years and I was skeptical that they'd even turn on and work in my system, but I'm happy to say that they worked just fine.

This was one of the smartest purchases I ever made for my son's XBox. He ran through AA batteries like crazy. It seemed like every time I left for the store, he was begging for more batteries for his remotes. I never could remember, so he went without a lot. I decided to try this. I made it his responsibility to keep them charged-if he doesn't remember, he doesn't play. Now it's on him and not me. Thank God! And it saves so much money. As far as the details of the product, the rechargable batteries fit perfectly in the remotes. The AA batteries would sometimes lose connection when the remote was moved around. These rechargeable ones fit snugly but are easy enough to take on and off. The charge lasts for several days. When they get low, he puts them on the charger overnight and they are ready to go the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase.

First off I had high hopes for this product, especially because it came with two batteries. Unfortunately it didnt meet my expectations. The battery charger doesnt fully charge the batteries it came with, nor does it charge any other type of battery. After a few hours on the charger, I popped the battery in my controller and immediately the Xbox 360 controller began to warn of a low battery. I checked the status on the Xbox homescreen and it showed it was half full. I left the batteries on thr charger for 12 more hours and same result but the batteries died within 1 hr. Definitely look else where

Charger works well. Only when used with another brand of battery I had. The batteries that come with this charger do not charge unless you hold the battery against the middle of the charger where the contact pads are. This is because when comparing these batteries supplied with the charger to my other batteries, I noticed that my other batteries fit snug in this charger allowing for a good connection to the charging pads. Whereas the batteries that came with this charger sit loose with a lot of play. You can literally shift them back and forth in the charger which causes a bad connection. Anyway, I am keeping the charger for my other batteries. But the batteries that came with this thing went in the trash. Disappointing.

These things really surprised me. I wasn't expecting these knockoff battery packs to fit so perfectly on my knockoff wireless 360 controller from a different manufacturer. But they do! One pack also lasts for days on a charge, so with 2 you will never run out of batteries. You just have to make sure you take the battery pack off the charger after it's charged, especially if you unplug the charger. If you don't the battery pack will just drain.
