How does it work ? Do you get to see the monitor from your phone ?

This is just a stand for the camera, you buy the camera and monitor system separately.

How does this attach to the camera?

There is a peg that you slide your camera in to secure it.

How do I remove the camera from the stand? I need to get the serial number and don’t know how to take it off.

I used a butter knife to gently separate the 3m sticker attached to the inside lip of the stand from the camera. I then was able to easily slide the stand off. Hope that helps.
