Is their something I can substitute for egg?

There are a couple of egg substitute options. The best that I have tried is 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce for 1 egg. A word of warning, eggs do make a better cake. The applesauce can make it a little grainier and crumbly.

Puppies tend to have sensitive stomachs, so I would keep the portions smaller than for a dog of that weight. For a 15 lb puppy, I would give them 1 mini cupcake with a small dollop of frosting and allow 24 hours before feeding another to make sure that their highly sensitive stomach likes cake. If digestion is normal, you can feed 1 regular cupcake or 2-3 mini cupcakes per day.
