Can this work with rolls of labels?

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, however it does not directly accept roll labels, you can peel them off of the roll, and individually apply them using the Label Wizard- Adjustable. John Wizard Works, LLC

Can it work on hexagon jars?

Thank you for your inquiry. The problem with labeling hexagon jars is that the label most likely won't be centered on the front hexagon unless you put a spacer between the jar and the back wall of the Label Wizard. You would have to measure out and cut a small piece of wood to do this. Other than that, the labels will go on straight and will be of uniform height from the bottom of the jar.
