DO NOT BUY IF YOU’RE BASED OUTSIDE THE US
This product should not be made available for shipment outside the US. To have your DNA sample analyzed you will need to collect the specimen and ship it back to the US so that Ancestry can analyze. However, the postage stamp for the return package is only for within the US. If I you contact Aramex or any other shipping company to send a human specimen, they will ask for a CDC report. I tried visiting govt clinics and calling ministry of health and they all confirmed that this can’t be done if they weren’t the ones collecting the specimens. So this product is useless and you will lose money..

No service available in my country
Unfortunately Ancestry DNA company service is not available in UAE Amazon did not mention that when selling the product Now I am punished that they do not want to pick up the product for refund. I need to drive to return the product Very unsatisfying service

This product only can be used and shipped in US!!!!!

Absolute waste of money
The test cannot be returned to the US without a non infectious certificate that the 3rd party seller cannot/will not give. We have purchased the test but cannot send it back for analysis.

More than terrible
I am apparently not allowed to say exactly why this product was completely useless, but that is my very solid opinion that it was exactly that.

Totally useless in UAE
You can’t send it to US for testing due to customs regulations. The product description should mention this.
