Probiotics 100B CFU

I struggle with digestive issues and need to take a high quality probiotic daily. I had been taking Purely Optimal 60billion probiotics with good results, I liked them a lot but my doctor said although they were good, she wanted me to alternate using them with some other high quality probiotics every month or so. She suggested another brand that was supposed to be superior to most of those that are on the market and upon taking the other brand I noticed a great deal more bloating/weight gain and I got the runs every time I took them. I was not happy with the other brand. When I finished that other product, I came back to Purely Optimal and found this 100billion strength probiotic. I’ve been taking it for a week now. I really love that there are at least 10 different strains of clinically studied strains of probiotics at high doses. It also contains prebiotics, enzymes and immune support herbs. As well as being made in the USA, non-GMO, gluten free and 3rd party lab tested. As soon as I started taking these, the bloat and bowel cramping decreased dramatically, I am having more normal bowel movements and I generally feel much better. I also believe that I am losing the weight I had gained on the other brand that didn’t agree with me. So many good things about this supplement. I’m very pleased and plan to continue this in my rotation indefinitely.

I had been experiencing stomach upset with constant belching & acid reflux after each meal for quite a while. I'm always tired & lethargic, but lately I've felt more like doing regular everyday things like household chores etc. I've also not been experiencing acid reflux nearly as badly as I had before & the only thing I've added to my daily supplements lately has been the Purely Optimal probiotic so I attribute the changes to that. I will be repurchasing. My only complaint would be that they were close to the expiration date when I received them. I googled how long can probiotics be taken after the expiration date & from what I read some are still good for a while after they expire, so I took them anyways & these still work. I'm definitely not a healthcare expert & this is not medical advice...I'm just sharing my personal experience.

I've used Purely Optimal's 60 billion CFU formula before and was generally pleased with it, but this is my first time trying the 100 billion CFU formulation. As someone who struggles with chronic constipation, this product has made more of a lasting difference in the frequency and consistency of my bowel movements than any other probiotic I've ever used (and I've tried a LOT!).

My bowel movements are regular now and It’s helped tremendously with my bloating! Ive suffered with chronic constipation for the last three or so years and this is the first probiotic to really elevate the symptoms.

I rarely take probiotics since I had an Ileoanal anastomosis J-pouch surgery due to ulcerative colitis when I was a teenager. My flora is what it is. My physician recommended a probiotic after I had been taking this expansive porcupine kidney supplement for histamine intolerance I had been experiencing these last few years. I originally chose Purely Optimal 60 Billion CFUs based on the Amazon reviews a month ago. Last weekend I noticed Purely had a 100 Billion CFU product, so I ordered that too since the 60 Billion CFUs had made a positive impact on the consistency and bulk of my bowel movements. I've been taking the 100 Billion CFUs for a week now and I think it kicked the positive effects up a notch. I've been taking Konsyl Daily Psyllium Fiber 3x a day for nearly 15 years now since my J-pouch surgery. The psyllium husk is a good "food" source for prebiotics. That's likely increased the effectiveness of the prebiotic ingredients.

My digestive system is operating better. Before, I had acid reflux and occasional upset stomach. These problems have resolved.

Incredible product at an even better price point! I have been trying various vitamins and supplements for years now and finally found a brand I will stick with.
