Shape is a great idea. Stuffing is lumpy & uncomfortable.

Not Memory Foam - It's more like ground up cardboard
This is a terrible pillow. And, I still beleive the concept is valid, but the pillow is super hard, ground up pieces of something. This is not memory foam, or if it is, then it's really super hard memory foam. My head hurt laying on it. After several hours of not being able to sleep, and giving it a try for a while, I switched it out for my real memory foam square pillow and I got a good night sleep for the rest of the night, on my side! If you find one with real memory foam, I'd be interested, but not this one, it's super hard. I didn't notice the smell that others were complaining about.

Great improvement to my favorite pillow!
The original side sleeper pro pillow has changed my life! No more back pain! The recent improvements to stuffing are similar to the MyPillow TM product but better. I call it โMy Favorite Pillowโ! They even give you extra foam and you can add to make a firm as you like. It came in the offical side sleeper pro box with a blue pillow case. I like the new color option as the old white would look old after several washed. The new is a great option and I am going to buy back up ASAP to travel with as I can not live without this pillow. Iโd give it 100 Stars โญ๏ธ

its all in the filling
This was a replacement pillow I have had for a long time. This pillow is filled with shredded foam, I was under the impression it was memory foam one piece. It is a little jarring with your head on it. It is very very firm, not comfortable. I followed the instructions to lessen the hardness of the pillow. Unzip the pillow and pull out some of the stuffing, at both ends. It is not messy but not the easiest to arrange. As far as a pillowcase, the reviews were not great. I just put it into a standard pillow case and live with it. Over all it is a pillow I just have to get it broken in by taking out foam pieces and rearranging them so it can be comfortable.
