I'm very excited to try this supplement after reading so much about it! This brand always gets touted as the best out there. Just started with it so I don't have too much to share other than I found it very easy to swallow, even though it is fairly large in size (it's narrow though). No aftertaste, no taste at all.

The right quality you want when supplementing with Vitamin E. Many forms of Vitamin E aren't great, but this form is what you want. The pills are a pretty good size...they are probably the biggest that I have out of all of my pills. There is no taste though. I have ordered it more than one time and this last order the pills leave a little residue on my hand, which I don't love, but oh well.
