Can you use this in a bath as well soaking your whole body?

I haven't tried it. The regular Epsom salts work very well for the body. Hope this helps.

Why does it take up to 2 months to ship? Is it coming from outside of the usa?

You might have set yourself up for a “subscription” (I notice for a lot of this kind of stuff it defaults to that). And in my experience subscription items tend to be weird and ship way late for some reason.
