For those who care to know about the packaging, the tin had a secure delicate tape that went across the inside closure to prevent spillage. Seems like they have figured out how to secure the packaging during rough shipping. My 5 star review is on the tea itself - beautiful and extraordinary. Just buy it. Oh and, Have tasted the rose before and it too is just delightful.

Nice Blend and Nice Canister
I love this company which I discovered on a trip to England a number of years ago. They have wonderful teas and in this case, lovely packaging as well.

Tea arrived opened and spilled all over.
I love this tea I am but it several times, but this time the package arrived with the tea lid off and all the products spilled in the bottom Of the bag, so disappointed because this is an expensive tea !

Tasty tea - I am a fan of Whittard. Unfortunately, the tea arrived spilled inside the package making it ungiftable. And, unreturnable.

How does Amazon deliver a tin box in a brown envelope? The tin was delivered smashed. This was meant to be a gift. Why does Amazon not send such items in a box ?!?! Poor delivery and packing service on Amazon’s part!!! Disappointed!

Quelle belle boîte colorée ! Mais quelle déception à l'ouverture du colis : couvercle défoncé et la périphérie colorée sur 5 cm² cabossée également. Et je ne trouve pas le moyen de renvoyer l'article. Déçu.

As you can see, lovely caddy - and the tea's not half bad either
I'll be honest, this isn't the cheapest way to buy this tried and loved (by me) tea, but the caddy totally sold me. At the time not available on the Whittard website, which is worth knowing for the future, and the same price. I love Bergamot and it goes brilliantly with the mango. Try it! Lovely and alight drink without being herby, or feeling worthy as I feel some teas can do!
