Pleased with this. Very robust, the wheel is wide so very stable. Easy to assemble and also disassemble (if travelling).

Great ab roller and super easy to setup. I've seen others say the metal bar is "too long" so the handles do not slide all the way against the wheel. Guys, this isn't rocket science. You just need to push with force when installing the handle grips. It will get to the wheel. I've used this roller about 3-5 times a week for a month now and have not experienced the grips to slide off the metal bar. It has a smooth rolling motion with no play. The pad it comes with is not the thickest, but I look at this as a throw-in. It does the job for what it is and it has good grip so you won't slide around on a hard surface. If you want something with more padding, I would suggest getting one of those gardening knee pads at your local gardening center. Overall great purchase. Simple and effective. Your abs will be on fire.

Bought this because i was looking for one that was durable and well made. The wheel itself has like a rubber liner of some sort so it gives a good grip on your floor. I have tried it on laminate and exceeded my expectations. Also very quiet so you can use it to workout pretty quietly. I didn't think the foam mat for your knees would be that useful but when I tried it, I was blown away! Its so comfortable, it helps you focus more on what you're really working on (your core) as opposed to feeling the pain on your knees. 4/5 would recommend to a friend.

With a low processed-carb diet, I have rolled my way to a firmer stomach. A great addition to the fitness toolset - great build quality, rubberized wheel, solid hand grips... the knee pad is super comfortable, but I don't really use it. I bring this to the gym with me and make it part of my program.
