I recently had surgery and was prescribed anti-embolism stockings for two weeks to prevent blood clots. The hospital issued two pairs, but I decided to order two pairs of these, and I am so glad I did! They are an absolute game changer compared to the ones provided by the hospital – these are so much better. First off, they’re incredibly easy to put on, unlike the hospital ones. They're comfortable, well-made, and offer much better compression and support. Even though they're thin, they’re not flimsy and stay in place perfectly – no more constant adjusting like I had to do with the hospital-issued ones. I found the hospital ones to cut off circulation, these don't! The quality is top-notch, and they’re just more supportive overall. I genuinely feel like they’re doing a better job of preventing clots, and they’re way more comfortable to wear for long periods. Plus, they’re a fantastic value for the price. Definitely worth it! I was issued XL stockings by the hospital and found them to be very tight and super long with excess fabric bunching around, I ordered XL in these too but found them to be the perfect size and length.

I bought these for my mum who had broken her hip and was sent home wearing the one pair the hospital had put on after her operation. Rather than the toe hole underneath that are always being stood on as she recovers these have the hole on the top which she says is more comfortable and also allows the toes to breathe. The fabric is lovely and soft with a very good stretch but very supportive at the same time. Despite the swelling now reducing we bought XL compared to the hospital’s L but mum says the compression level feels the same. Mum gives them a 10/10 all round, and I am impressed with the quality from removing them daily to apply feet/leg cream. I don’t write too many reviews but had read some great reviews before buying these which helped me choose and wanted to reiterate the quality of the product

I've just been to hospital today to have clips out post knee op. Took a pair of these with me to replace the hospital ones that I couldn't put on after a shower, even with help. The nurse that put them on for me said that they were better than the ones supplied by the hospital. The hospital ones are so tight I felt the long bones in my foot were folding over each other and I felt like my legs were burning, dipped in acid. The relief when they were taken off was enormous! The hospital stockings prevented my water retention from draining away. In 24 hours without them I had my ankles and feet back instead of balloons

By their measurements I should have been a m but hospital one was large going by reviews I went for the large , and they are about right however the band at top by the knee is a bit tighter than id like may order the next size up to compare they definitely sized wrong however quality is good

Used them a lot in hospital and after giving birth because the ones from hospital were rubbish even the midwives said that and were impressed by mine. Worth every penny . They reduce my swelling in days and are washed easily and dry fast. The size is accurate and great durability . Would buy again

I bought these to suppress various lower leg and foot symptoms. Putting on ultra tight compression stockings daily is a real struggle and they often ladder in the process. These XL-sized ones are slightly looser, although sufficient for the task (i.e. symptoms stay suppressed)/ As I have fairly muscular calves they would be too loose, I suspect, for female wearers so a size smaller seems sensible.

Another great purchase, yes a bit tight, but they are to help circulation and I have very bad tingling, pain and throbing expecially at night, couldn't sleep. These really help, none of the above, fantastic, its great to get a good night's sleep. Infact I ordered another 2 the next day so I always have one when I wash one, another spair always a good idea :) Well after 2 days I received the others, but I returned them as they were to tight after a few hours. I tried to get the size M instead of the S, they were just to tight so let's try the bigger size eh! They should be supportive but be comfortable, still a good buy..

Takes care of inflamed legs quickly…I prefer this brand as they provide the necessary compression without a tight band marking the top of your calf at the knee and the open area at the toes allows your toes to avoid unnecessary and uncomfortable compression!
