These guys are top notch. If they sell a part, that is the part I will buy from now on. I have bought a clutch, a variator, belt, and top end from them. ALL were FLAWLESS in quality. Thank god I found a seller I can trust. Every time I put on a new part from them, my bike runs better than ever.

I didn't have a single problem putting it on. It made a really big difference. Takeoff is better, plus top end is faster.

Bought this variator hoping it would help acceleration on my 2 stroke Roughhouse 50, and it did. I had to change the roller weights inside but the ramp profile made for much better acceleration than the stock variator. The clutch has been in my scooter for over 2,000 miles now and if I remember right I might have had to use an item or two off of the stock clutch to make it work.

I've had this system on my (2) 2019 Kymco scooters now for 2 seasons now. Best investment I could have made for the scooters. Had no idea how factory restricted they were. First of all the Speedometers read wrong so took the speed by GPS. The Speedometer said like 34 and the real speed was actual only 29 mph. After replace the front pulley with this kit the Speedometers read like 41 and GPS has the speed at 36-37 mph. I'm happy with the 7 to 8 mph increase. That much gain for this little money...Sweet!! I'm sure I could do some additional tweaking of other things and get up near 40 mph but this was the best improvement I believe could have been added. Highly recommend. Not to difficult to install, but do need some tools and have some experience. I watched some videos and the first one took me maybe a half hour. Second one went faster after I knew what I was doing.

Very good. I do doordash on my 50cc so i'm on it all day every day. After a couple months the stock part must have been worn out, because the belts were breaking prematurely. I switched to this and haven't had to change my belt once in 8 months. must be working. I was riding a standard Chinese 50cc

Lost off the line acceleration. It works, but there is no bottom end with this. I put the boss on my stock variator and my acceleration and top speed have improved. Maybe I’ll revisit the variator after bbk.

First I must say, the only “performance” aspect of this variator is the roller ramps, that’s the only thing. I’ve been modding all types of CVT scooters and mopeds since I was old enough to ride. 2 stroke and 4 stroke. What I noticed immediately was that the slide bushing on this variator was machined too small for the bore in the variator and had noticeable amounts of “slop”. After 50 miles it’s already garbage. Another thing I immediately noticed is the horrible drivetrain vibrations, from the moment I installed this variator, I felt them at any rpm, and speed. The faster I went the more “rhythmic” and pronounced the vibration became. THIS IS 100% due to poorly measured and machined slide bushing. This is a poorly made part which is weird because usually GLIXAL makes pretty decent stuff. My review matched many others about this variator and honestly I should have listened and bought something else. I will be requesting a refund for this junk product. FACTS: - brand new hi-quality roller weights are already flat spotted after 50 miles. - this variator is already garbage after 50 miles, and honestly it was garbage to begin with. - this variator weighs exactly 300grams without any weights in it, my stock unit weighs 280grams. - the roller ramps are not consistently shaped from one ramp the the next. Which will cause weird variations when variating. DO NOT BUY!!! Save your money and get a name brand like polini or Malossi! This is crap!

Never actually got to use it. I ordered the wrong one by mistake but the build quality looks excellent. Bought the proper one for the 150cc and I was awesome so I assume it would be the same for the 50cc as well

Thought my 50cc engine wasn’t performing. Replaced the spark plug and carb. Felt better. Still bogged off the line. Replaced the old variator and rollers with this new one. Wow. Huge difference. No more bogging off the line and up to speed nicely now. The old rollers were sticking I guess and these new rollers move freely. Very happy with this purchase.

Just bought a clapted out Chinese scooter. I wanted faster acceleration. This variator seem better than the OEM one. The thing is I weighted the roller on a scale and the one I received are 8gr not the advertised 6.5gr. since the ones that were there were 5gr. I got not slower accel but definitely less resilience in hill. The variator itself is smooth and progressive and more substantial than the one that came on my Juajei. Just wish they would advertise the real weight.

Been using this set up for 2 full seasons now without any problems on a geely 50cc scooter. Was a perfect match to the old worn out stock variator. I will buy again if needed. Highly recommend, but do make sure it will work on your scooter. There are so many slight differences between different brand scooters.
