I was a little nervous ordering this as some of the reviews weren't that great and how much should you expect from a bed frame that costs less than £60. I'm pleased to say though that I was pleasantly surprised. It went together well and feels sturdy and strong. There are a LOT of parts and it does take a while to put together, but all the parts were there and some spares for the bolts etc which is nice to have. It was all in good condition with all the powder coating intact and no scratches or dents etc. Because it breaks down into so many parts there are bolts on the headboard and footboard as it connects in the middle on the kingsize, but they are positioned so as not to be too obvious. I don't know that I would use this all the time as my own bed, but as a bed for the spare room it's fantastic value for money. It was also true to size for the kingsize mattress I got to go with it. I even found the instructions fairly straightforward - and I've put together a lot of flatpack stuff over the years so I know when instructions are easy to follow (or not!)

Bed was simple to build, and works well. Only reason given 4 was that the legs invthe middle joints should have been built slightly more in rather than level with the top end and bottom end legs as it's very painful when you knock your feet, which is often,I hsveca similar style bed in a double bed and the legs are adjusted to the inner frame and works much better no knocking of the feet. I was to lazy to take it down and send back. Instead will find a sponge to wrap around. It's only for the guest room. Other than the price was good and is functional with s good mattress.

Fantastic price, easy to assemble and looks really smart.

Great bed frame for the price. Took a couple of hours to build on my own. Sturdy when built. Instructions could have been a bit clearer. Stable, comfortable bed. Some screws require tightening ever so often. Frame fits a standard size single mattress. Stable bed for older teenagers. Great value for money.

Watch out for the headboard - the photos are very misleading and in reality there's barely a headboard at all. Search the other reviews for "headboard" and you'll find other people reporting this. But if you're fine not having a headboard then (based on 3 nights of use) it seems to be a good, solid bed and excellent value for the price.
