Awesome figure!... but the paint application is a bit lacking.
I was really excited for this figure, and I still am, but upon arrival, I noticed he had a pretty noticeable scratch on his head, and the hinge on his left ankle was left unpainted (the right one is painted). I also changed his hands only once so that he could hold his weapons, and immediately the paint on the joints of the fists I pulled from their sockets crumbled away. The same happened on the joints for the alternate hands as I put them into place. It isn't very noticeable once the hands are fully in place, but it makes me worry about the rest of the paint crumbling away as well. Lastly, the short laser blast effect is not sized correctly and will not stay on the gun. The longer blast effect is just fine. Overall, the figure is still great for what it is, but for the NECA price point, I'm surprised the paint has been ruined so quickly.
