Two of these equal one 600 mg dose. How many Natrol capsules equal 600 mg? The benefit of the smaller capsule is easier swallowing. 60 mg capsules are slight;y large than "silver" multivitamin for seniors. That benefit comes at a high cost. Amazon's "Choice" must be based on an idiot algorithm using cost/unit because there are several other equally "reputable" brands sold on Amazon that are 600mg per capsule. One of has 180 of them and costs much less/dose.
