Great buy
When you are trying to repair your parentsโ old house , and trying to keep costs down., this is one of the best things to use . Itโs not goopy but easy to transfer, spread , and plugs the holes , tears, or whatever the damage that you found. We used some on one of our bathrooms too. Fantastic !!

Shame! shame! shame!
Rating is "0". Product could not be used. It was as hard as a brick. We tried to make a hole toward the bottom to see if it was softer, it was as hard as the top. We tried to spread it on the roof, it would not work. We has to run to Walmart to get new cans to do the job.

I loved this product. I used it to seal the cracks in my basement and 6 weeks later my radon levels have been cut in half!

It films over even if you follow the directions
Not able to use after opening. I had to clear the top1.5 inches off after letting it sit for a few hours. I followed the directions to the letter.
