I bought this to charge my Lumix LX100. This cable connects to the HDMI connector for data transfer, but there is a separate connector for charging the camera. This is not the correct cable for charging.

The original cable that came with my Lumix Panasonic DMC-FZ70 camera was starting to get flaky - it would only successfully allow data transfer if I wiggled the wire in a certain way, and then there would be unexpected disconnects. This cable has no such problems and I now have reliable data transfer capability again. Plus the cable is about a foot longer than the original cable, and it appears sturdier.

Bought this for an easier way to export videos and photos from my LUMIX G7 and it works great. Much quicker than exporting and downloading from google drive
