Perfect with oem gaskets!
Fits great on my 2012 Audi TT. Looks great. I reccomend ordering the gaskets separately for the perfect one and done fitment. The ones that came with this seemed kinda cheap.

Great product! Better than factory.
I recommend this cover to anyone. The factory timing chain is made of plastic. I do not recommend reusing it. They become brittle and warped. I made the mistake of buying a gasket and new bolts and reusing the factory cover and it leaked worst than before. After installing this new aluminum one it completely stopped the leak. Used the gasket and bolt set it came with and is working great!

Great upgrade for 2012 Audi A5
I had an oil leak on the top of the motor on my 2012 Audi A5 and upon some investigation, it appeared to be coming from the top of the timing chain cover gasket. After doing some research and reading that the factory upper timing chain cover could warp and cause the gasket to leak, it was a relief to find an aluminum cover for such a reasonable price. This includes everything that you need to replace the cover. Some people say about having leaks after reinstalling the cover, but I followed the torque pattern that someone included in their review, and I have not had any leaks in 500 miles. I would definitely recommend this product. Pros: -Aluminum design eliminates possibility of warping -Kit includes all needed gaskets and bolts -Cover fits exactly like factory Cons: -Possibility of leaks if not properly torqued

Great
The OEM plastic cover cracked and replaced it with this metal valve cover. Perfect fit and seems very solid. It's the only metal one I've found on Amazon.

What a 2.0T B8 engine needs
My wife's Audi Q5 had an oil leak that would outperform an incontinent 90-year-old. The lower portion of the upper timing chain cover seal and the upper round area between the bolts had slightly warped from heat over time and were dripping oil everywhere. I tried to do the right thing and buy an Audi part (which is a polymer plastic) but at the price they post, and for a part that will likely fail again in a few years after heat cycles, I searched around for an alternative that wouldn't kill the budget. I found this part after some forum discussions mentioned that it was an aluminum alternative and folks had good luck with it. Installation was easy without having to remove the front clip (I used an Icon Flex head ratchet and bit set with an 8mm and 10mm socket) which allowed me to access all bolts required to remove the cover. Once everything was cleaned up on the mating surface, It slid into place and I was able to get it back in without a problem. Since it's aluminum, I'm not worried about the heat cycles warping the cover like the Audi part. No more leaks. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and price.
