Is this product fragrance free

No. There is a slight scent to it, but I haven't had any reaction to it and I'm generally pretty reactive to scented products.

I use the volumizing version of this but here’s what my bottle says: Bodybuilding polymers to maximize volume, coats and swells each strand, softer feeling hair, adds thickness and volume, infused with keratin proteins, anti-aging protection, coconut oil for strengthening hair, amber extracts deliver antioxidants, protects from split ends and breakage, whole wheat derived proteins condition the hair, UV protection, removes tangles.

Does it keep frizz away in high humidity?

I live on the coast where there's always humidity and have natural curly, Frizy hair ....that being said, the product keeps my hair from frizzing "a little bit." But, I didn't buy it for frizz control and the stuff is fantastic. A little thick for spray nozzle so I watered it down so it would spray, still works great.
