Does what it is supposed to do
This is a correction/replacement to my previous review. They actually work. The temp can be a hard to see unless your eyes are at the same level as the strips. I have the strips on a jar on the floor so when I tried to check the temp (even if I squatted down) I could see no color around any of temps. I took a picture from lower down (parallel to the floor) and suddenly the temp could be seen :-)

Sourdough Starter Helper
Itโs Great work now I should let you know itโs great for my sourdough starter but it may be big for 300ml mason jars. Itโs easy peel back of plastic and stick on to mason jar perfectly and best part literally for $10 dollar for 4 set for all jars accurate tempter logins.
