does it have an expiration date ?

Not that I am aware of. I have 2 strips left from my original box that I purchased about 15 years ago. About 2 weeks ago I used 1 of the strips to repair a hole in the sidewall (just of the tread) of my work van. The plug was still pliable and soft and worked as it should. These plugs are wrapped in a heavy plastic wrapping that keep them protected, clean and ready to use for years. These are the only plugs I will use. Started carrying these plugs for off-road use (tubeless 4 wheeler and dirt bike tires). Had a stick, about 1/2" in diameter, puncture the side wall of my quad while riding in the woods, it took six plugs to fill the massive hole, but it worked. And stayed in for the rest of the season. And yes, I know they say you should not plug sidewall punctures, but these are the only plugs I have used that can make a repair like that.

How long is the curing time after repair until you can drive off?

I been in construction since I was 15 I'm now 64. Have had my share of flat tires from picking up a nail or screw from a jobsite. There maybe guidelines and information on proper cure time...however, I have installed them, aired up with a portable compressor, cut off the excess and driven off. Permacure are the best plugs I've ever used. They are always in my van and truck. I've also used them in our 4 wheeler tires.
