Do you sell spare bamboo covers so it can still be used while one is being washed?

Unsure. However I used to cover mine with a sheet or large towel.

I have bad back and sciatica will it help

It helps my back - by raising legs it frees up the back

Does this slip? I’m only short (5’3) and have another which is too high/big. It keeps slipping down the bed etc I don’t want that again
