I previously purchased a Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine with ‘manual’ settings. This time I decided to purchase this Krups machine… and oh, WOW! I can’t believe I waited so long to get an automatic dispensing coffee pod machine like this one.! The ability to adjust your coffee and milk settings to create a truly personalised beverage is so satisfying. Very happy with this purchase. A personal recommendation from me to you❣️

Warranty not supported in UAE
This was a great little machine... while it worked. But when it broke down less than a year after purchase I found that the manufacturer does not honour the manufacturer's warranty in the UAE as it is not an "official UAE model", so they do not carry parts. I was told it was just tough luck, and I needed to buy a new machine. If you are looking for a Dulce Gusto machine and you are in the UAE, make sure you purchase a DeLonghi model (such as the Piccolo), not a Krups model (like this Mini Me). It is a shame as I have had excellent experience with Krups machines over the years, it is just that there is no warranty cover for their Dulce Gusto machines in UAE.

Ho provato questa macchina da caffè da qualche tempo, e devo dire che mi ha sorpreso in positivo sotto vari aspetti. Qualità del caffè Il caffè che produce è davvero buono: aroma intenso, crema soddisfacente, sapore pieno senza amaro eccessivo. È perfetta per chi apprezza un espresso ben fatto senza complicazioni. Anche se usi capsule, il risultato è costante, cosa che rende piacevole ogni tazza. Design: elegante e compatta È piccola, occupa pochissimo spazio sul piano cucina o nel mobile. Il look è elegante: linee curate, finitura gradevole, che la rende anche un oggetto decorativo oltre che funzionale. Prezzo & manutenzione Costa poco, rispetto a molte macchine più grandi o multifunzione, ma offre quanto serve per un buon espresso quotidiano. La manutenzione è minima: poche parti da pulire, niente procedure complesse, facile da usare anche per chi non è pratico.
