They are very difficult to swallow !! I do not have an issue with pills as large as these, but the difficulty is a combination of the size and the texture of the pill itself . Trying to swallow it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts with a mouthful of water.

We’ve only taken this a few days and already notice an increase in energy at the gym. The only thing is that my blood glucose has been dropping to below normal. I researched and found this is common. My husband needs that but I don’t. More for him. Just beware i didnt know this was a side effect until I awoke, weak in the night weak and shaking with low glucose
