What is the maximium project length for this press?

Looking at the specs I would estimate around 35" high would be close to the max and the press had about 6" of travel before You have to move the beam up. I hope this helps I use mine for automotive work and have not had a job not fit.

What is the power source? Manual lever or electric?

It's got a manual lever, but eventually, I got a pneumatic jack and got it to work with that.

What is the measurement of the table void, is it more than 4"?

Both the front & the rear support bars are 2" Wide and the space in between is 4 1/4" to 4 3/16". the overall width of this table is 8 3/16"

What are the inside the frame measurements

20" wide, 53 14" tall, but 36 1/2" from the the bottom of the pump plunger to the floor
