High quality product and packaging from a terrific brand, as usual - picked up some of this to help with a relatively severe ankle sprain recovery, which I used after the initial acute phase (~2/3 weeks) that saw me unable to walk had passed. Using Fisetin in tandem with moderate exercise seems to have helped overcome any setbacks from overuse of my ankle, the rate of improvement has definitely improved, but that may be organic.

Having been interested in anti-ageing science for quite some time, I was pleased to come across a brand that produced the highest quality of Fisetin, which at the time of writing this review, is also the cheapest Fisetin supplement on Amazon. This is the first product that I have ever purchased from Vitality Pro; I have not yet used the product in question, as I plan to start using it at a specific point in my health, fitness, and supplement regimen, but needless to say, I am confident that I will be repurchasing this item at a later date. Vitality Pro does not have a lot of products in their catalogue, but what they do have is a carefully selected and refined range of products, meaning that whilst they do not have a lot of products, the few products which they do have in turn do a lot of work; I believe this is an important point to consider since just thinking about — and looking at — my evergrowing supplement stack is quite overwhelming.

Love this brand. Great products and design, well packaged with a host of great information available on their website. I have used a number of products in the range now and looking forward to trying these out. Customer service has been great in the past when I’ve had questions relating to orders.

I had first taken Fisetin - a different brand - a couple of years ago. At the time I was suffering from quite severe seasonal allergies. Unrelatedly, just as a bio-hacking experimental experiment, I took a large dose of fisetin. Remarkably, overnight the coughing 90% disappeared. After posting the experience on a forum a member drew my attention to a paper citing fisetins role in (down) regulating mast cell actvitity (easy search). Secondly, my arthritic knee became substantially weaker for several days after but then eventually strengthened above the initial baseline. Another cycles of fisetin displayed similar effect - though each time the weakening was less. Senescent cells are known to acculmulate in arthritic joints. So, on to this supplement. Well, both effects have been present with this product. So I have noticed slight weakness in the arthtritic knee after taking fisetin though not as substantial an effect, naturally. And too, I have noticed histamine relief when taking this brand (zinc is recommended too). So, the prior effects noted with fisetin were expereinced with this product. Another benefit is increased clarity - one benefit my mother reported taking too (with this product) Note, there have been rare reports of delayed wound healing - a known risk of senolytics - there may have been a brief window where this was experienced with me - a slower clotting response but this period wouldn't have lasted longer than days if the case. This was notable with the previous product but unlikely to be any different. One other anecdote, previously experienced with fisetin and one account messaged to me in addition was a an odd one - increased temple hair. Unfortunately that was the limit of the hair recovery! This was with the prior product

Happy to say these are a quality tablet - made without fillers and you’d have to eat an awful lot of strawberries to get this much fisetin in you! However, I didn’t actually feel any better (or worse!) and have moved on in my quest for eternal youth 😜

This company is trusted and well reviewed on Amazon and trustpilot and will be a staple in my supplement collection now. Fisetin is the best senolytic that acts to remove the ‘zombie’ cells that don’t reproduce anymore and cause age related decline in many areas. This is higher strength per tab than a more expensive multi supp brand, (Jolt) so this will remain and that less so.

I've used some other VP products before and knowing that they provide up to date lab reports have a high confidence in the quality of their product. I've been using this on a monthly basis at 20mg/kg body weight as per recent clinical trials from the Mayo Clinic, so 1800mg for me. Its only my second month so I cant really report back on the results but the trial is with a read. My dog is also on it and he does seem sprightlier, he's quite elderly and especially since dog years are shorter than human he should show improvements before me. This monthly process works out quite good value for money especially when you compare to something like 1g of MNM a day. PS Dr David Sinclair says he's been taking this for the last 2 years.

After extensively researching the possible benefits of Fisetin, I gave it a try. After using it, I have decided to use a high dose (20-30 pills) for two days, every 8 weeks or so. Contrary to label information, I took 30 pills for two consecutive days. This “hit and run” approach to dosing is in line with some ongoing clinical trials at the moment. As this is a fairly new supplement, there is very little information on effective dosing. A few hours after taking my first dose, I started to feel very tired. My athletic performance dipped considerably. After a few days, I started to feel better and my athletic performance recovered above my previous level. Additionally, some aches and pains improved. For my next two day cycle, I will plan a few days of de-load training (light weights) during and after taking Fisetin. Vitality Pro seems to sell quality Fisetin backed up by recent independent lab analysis. As with all my supplements, I wouldn’t risk my health with “cheap” options. As for my background, I’m in my fifties, athletic, very fit and decently strong (e.g. deadlift 200kg at 80kg bodyweight). I’m not interested in any body recomposition, but want to maintain or improve my athletic performance and health.
