I can't believe I didn't get this earlier. It's only because another national retailer was offering one on special value price that I thought about looking into it further. Google AI recommended this one to meet my needs (instead of the other one on offer). It arrived to day (perfect next day delivery via Amazon Prime). I just tried it out. It's effortless and my soles have never felt softer. Update: 07/05/2026 - it's so effective, I bought another one for hubby. I still can't get over how I never got one till now.

Excellent product, good description and quick delivery. But so much more. I have used other foot sanders/scrubbers they are hard to control. with some of the graters, you can do serious damage with one slip-up. This is easy, with a nice fast speed that really does take care of long overdue callus build-up. It takes down the callus like a hot knife through butter.. ok maybe not that fast but seriously it's a fantastic product. No batteries and it holds a charge nicely, which means I can travel around with this, from the sofa to the deck chair outside. I used to have to use a foot cream nightly along with other hard skin removers. Now I can go for two weeks and if I want nice sandal-worthy feet I do it weekly with some cream no more daily sander/cream routines. I have great-looking feet that don't embarrass me when in skimpy sandals. Feel the freedom of callus-free feet. Also, my hubby loves this too, never thought he would care about his sandaled feet, but I found out he does.

I'm rarely moved to leave reviews, but despite what I thought was a high price I bought this on a whim following decades of using various chiropody sponges/foot scrubs and cheaper electronic skin removers. If I used those daily my feet were what I would consider OK, but a few days without and my feet were harder than the chiropody sponges!! After just one use I was severely impressed with how much hard skin this removed and how good my feet looked, (sadly I didn't think to do before photos so you could see a comparison). About 3-4 minutes on each foot immediately after a shower and they were smoother than they've been in my adult life. The same again on day 2 and they feel like someone else's feet. I suspect a minute or so once a week should be enough to maintain now feet are in a good place! The major downside to this product is the so called vacuum function. It may be that it's broken on my one but there was literally no skin in the compartment at the end of use. On first use I even thought the machine was smoking, before realising it was actually a cloud of dead skin being sanded off my foot!! To be fair, the vacuum function wasn't a selling point for me - I just wanted the extra power this model seemed to offer, and it has certainly lived up to that compared to other similar devices I've used before. The only other thing to note is that it takes a little while to work out the best way to hold it to get maximum effect. Once you do, you can literally see it working as you move it over your feet. Based on what I wanted going into this purchase, this would easily qualify as a 5* but given the vacuum function is part of the title on the amazon listing I can't justify that and hence the loss of a star!

It lasted 3 years before the cable became faulty. I didn't find this out until I bought a new one. It had always been a little loose when plugging in to the shaver which was a bit annoying when charging. My advice; send back if loose. The new one has a tight fit.

I neglected my feet and it showed. My big toes had developed hard skin on them, and my heels had become thick, hard, and cracked. After being inspired to take better care of my feet following some awful friction blisters, I decided to buy this electric file. The item is pretty self explanatory to use, and there are instructions, too. I found it to charge within the 2.5 hours it says, and it holds the charge well enough that I could do both feet. I don't think the dust collector is amazing, but it is what it is. The machine itself is super easy to use, and glides over the skin with ease. It was amazing to watch it shave away the hard skin, and eventually uncover soft, new skin! I am so pleased with it, and my feet finally feel soft! The heel cracks are much reduced, and I expect with a week of moisturising, they'll ne gone now the hard skin has been taken care of. I would definitely recommend! Apologises for the state of my feet in the photos, including the friction blisters from a walking holiday!

To be honest, I was not expecting the quality that I received. It looks stylish and nice. I have a really bad case of hard layer of dead skin under my feet. I haven’t felt comfortable visiting a salon for a pedicure cause I am embarrassed. The general hand tools for pedicure work well but it is too much work, this tool is just perfect for me. It has cleared most of my dead skin and I intend on using it regularly. My heels feel and look much better now. Very comfortable in the hand, battery is good and overall worth it compared to the other similar products in the market.

The device is great, leaves feet smooth. stopped working after 18 months, but it was quickly replaced with a new one under warranty.
