Why doesn't this Subwoofer have tweeters? Does it really give any stereo sound?

As what I know, Subwoofer has a speaker only, to give low frequency effect. No tweeters will be along the woofer speaker. Your PB 200 prow will give excellent bass effect. Enjoy...

The product is showing input volt 100-120v, i think this is only for USA, I would like to purchase in UAE, need to purchase voltage converter?

Yes in the usa and if you purchase you need inverter. Thru voltage issue, you can buy thru by region.actually I already bougth 2 unit svs sv1000 220 volt 50/60 hz.here in uae. Thank you sir
