Mehron Makeup Mini-Pro Student Makeup Educational Kit (Fair/Olive)

Worked great for a beginner like me! I've always had someone doing my makeup for shows, but this kit was recommended me for a recent one and it made it easy to understand and use. My only grip is it's hard to tell which one is which for ordering individual colors. There aren't any guides online really and the customer support never returned my email. I'd like to order some for the future.

Had to get this for my technical theater and acting classes at my arts school. Worked very well with the multiple makeup renderings and projects we did. Learned the hard way this stuff is hard to get off my particular skin; I needed a specific cleansing cream. Helpful tip: do not use the red lip paint as war makeup, it’ll leave you with a pink face!!

This is an uncomplicated set of stage makeup. Works very well for amateurs, I don’t know about professionals (I’m not one so far), but contains the basic essentials. Arrived on time, in good condition.

I've been doing community and college theatre since the late 90's and in the past had my make-up provided and supported by someone who knew the skill. This show at a theatre that was new to me required me to purchase and handle my own makeup. I didn't need a lot, but some specifics. I checked out a couple of on-line tutorials then bought this kit and other than buying an eyebrow pencil and mustache wax, it has more than met my need and there is more than enough to last me for many plays.

used it in a production of Macbeth. Worked great! I also had to wear a mask for several scenes and so the makeup ended up wiping off even with the setting powder, but it was easy to reapply.

I teach theatre makeup. These work very well for instruction and would last through at least five applications for a show. High quality.

Smaller then I thought

This was a gift - did not look as pictures - the packaging was old and SMELLED of horrible cigarette smoke.

It was a gift to my aspiring actress grand-daughter, it arrived on time etc and was very much approved of by the lady., i.e. all exactly as it should be every time!

Small foundation kit, bought as a gift which has not been opened yet .... looks quite small although there is supposed to be a good instruction leaflet with it so hopefully will help
