En las gráficas de carga y centrado pone una advertencia de "Sample Only"...¿entonces para que me he comprado el POH? Si no lo puedo utilizar para mis operaciones.

Great 'Coles Notes' for the 172
Well written and concise.This is a good series to introduce you to the aircraft type.You'll obviously need the POH to do any flight planning

Very good book for people who starting to fly on this ...
Had to buy to fly on simulator before real training course. Very good book for people who starting to fly on this awesome aircraft. Very easy to read and enough details to get started.

Easy to Read and Very Informative
I previously owned a similar book (Cessna 152) and loved it, so I bought this one too. If you are a NEW Pilot, or just new at flying Cessnas, this is a book that you should read. It starts with a brief history and a very thorough description of the aircraft, helping you become familiar with all aspects of it. The chapters are well divided and it has a very detailed explanation of all different systems, including electrical, performance, mechanical, structural, etc. It is NO REPLACEMENT for a POH, but really good reading if you want to know everything that you need to know about the aircraft. I highly recommended, specially if you are a Student Pilot.
