These trap sweat. Are they washable?

Yes these are washable. We recommend cold water with mild detergent on gentle cycle or by hand. Air dry them or low heat in a pillowcase in the dryer. You can flip them inside out (as best as you can) to help them dry faster. The waterproof/breathable membrane in the gloves lets moisture out, but not as fast as without the membrane (similar to Gore-Tex). Ben

I don't think these are tough enough for what you're looking for. These are not work gloves, I'd be surprised if they would hold up with even light abuse. To answer your question, unless they're completely covered in mud you'll still get reflectivity.
