Absolutely do not do business with this company !
Well I guess this wasn't a great Xmas gift for the grandson. Doesn't work, Doesn't even look like it was put together. The freaking disk player is not even in here for the graphics so the disk that came w/ it is useless. There are fingerprints all over one of the chipboards which tells me somebody took all the good parts out and got it just so it worked or looked like it worked. Talk about pest only one fan lit up. This was supposed to be brand new ! Very disappointed 1- this was a Xmas gift 2-According to Amazon A-Z return policy I had until 1/31/22 to return. 3. It was damaged & parts missing right out of the box ! We reported this right away. You sent it to us damaged ! 4. I reported the issue right away & had it shipped back in a timely manner. They in turn tell me the returned PC was damaged by me ! I told them it came damaged, it was not a new unit & parts were missing ! We pulled it out of the box, saw it was broken & put it right back in the box ! There is no way we should be charged a restocking fee $107.....for you all to throw it in the garbage. I hope you disposed of it . Perhaps you just put it back in your inventory for another unsuspecting customer to buy, return & get scammed out of 107.85. I see you have a lot of bad comments on your Amazon consumer rating. I'll be adding 1 also ! Do not believe they have 3 1/2 stars !

Great Value PC with a future!
I've been building my own systems for decades and, when my old Athlon II system finally ran out of steam, I was looking to build a new one around a Ryzen 5 3600 when I found this and went for a pre-built system. This system has worked out great. Everything worked fine on arrival and I was able to easily add my old hard drives to bring across my media. Performance on the this system has been great, but I don't run any high frame rate games. But I am confident if I need more horsepower in the future, I can get there with this system. Over time, I can see upgrading the RAM, adding a large PCIe SSD, and a beefier graphics board and this system has the power and slots to handle it. But everything is running great now so all that is on hold. I'm really happy with this system!

Works for what I got it for.
It's ok for a starting point if you are on a budget and don't feel comfortable building your own PC. The graphics card is crap and will need to be upgraded if you want to play most games. I bought it to play Elder Scrolls Online and had to run it on low until I upgraded my graphics card. Most of it is somewhat upgradable. You can upgrade the RAM up to 32 gb, it has a 500 watt power supply so you can upgrade to a better but not great GPU, and space for 2 additional SSDs. I think it is a good place to start for more financially limited gamers.

Great starter PC. Upgradable.
Good PC for the price. You will need to upgrade graphics card and add more drive space at some point but works well out of the box for simple games. Works decent for Fortnite on Medium graphics settings. Works well for Roblox and rocket league. Graphics card is a really old model and outdated but with the chip shortage and price hikes on GPUs it’s understandable for this price point.

Games at 3440-1440 resolution well with a rtx 2060, stock gt730 is just a placeholder.
After some frustration with the faulty SSD once i installed my 1tb M2 drive and installed windows on that it has been great, also upgraded the memory to 16gb of 3200 ram and migrated my rtx 2060 and sound blaster Z card from 2600k rig, Yes it has a single 6/8 pin PCIE power connector. CPU cooler is a bit dinky but kinda works "def upgrade that. Wish case fans could be turned up in speed but it is a very clean build case is not expensive but still nice with magnetic filters. I would not recommend upgrading the GPU to anything higher then a rtx 2060ti or gtx 1660ti since the power supply is a bit lacking. Besides a bit of initial frustration with the faulty SSD if you know PC's a decent 1tb m2 SSD along with a dual channel 3200 ram kit costing around $660 total including the PC and a year later I cannot complain.

Great beginner pc
Product arrived in excellent condition. Booted up well and simple to setup. I believe this is a great starter pc for the price that has a lot of room to upgrade in the future.

Endless reboot loop.
I bought this for my son. He has been wanting to get into PC gaming for about a year. We looked around, and read reviews. This one was recommended in a couple articles, and upon see the reviews.. we ordered it. He was so excited when we told him. It got here sooner then it was estimated. So my husband, opened and set it up. The computer said it need to be updated. From there it just crashed.. and crashed and crashed. An endless loop of crash and reboot. We went through every option imaginable. Absolutely nothing works.. Tech support = nothing It wouldn’t restore, uninstall updates, it wouldn’t run anything. Just black screen, flashing icon and reboot. Never in my experience with a PC has this happened. So, after a whole half a day.. and a very sad 11yr old. It’s going back!
