It seems to be something like acrylic, yes. A bit rigid. The reflow piece has a bit more elasticity, it is more like a nylon.

Are these cups BPA /BPS free? do you make these cups with handles?

They are BPA free - it does not mention BPS so I'm not sure. No, they do not make them with handles.

To reflo: can you make the same cup but larger? this tiny cup works great for my handicapped adult but we need one that holds at least 8 oz. ty

These are great cups for my son who has a disability. He can drink from a normal Looking cup really easily. We liked the style so much we bought this 4 pack so he can use them regularly. Tip - handwashing makes them last longer.
