Very impressed! In genuinely excellent condition with no scratches and fantastic battery health of 96%, and a great price. This was after ordering an "excellent" condition iPhone on Backmarket which I had to return as it had deep scratches, as well as as a large chip on the screen, and it was really dirty - ughh! Try this seller instead.

Speedy delivery! Great little phone. Day 2 of having the it, 95% battery which is great. There was a message saying it didn't recognise the display screen, I imagine that's been replaced but looks and works like new. Definitely recommend this company. I bought this renewed iPhone 12 mini for my 11 year old and overall I have been very pleased with it. If you’re looking for a good quality phone without spending over £600 on a brand new device, I think renewed is well worth considering. The phone arrived with 100% battery health, which was a pleasant surprise. Performance has been excellent, the screen quality is clear and responsive, and we haven’t experienced any issues since purchasing it. The camera also performs well and is exactly what I would expect from an iPhone 12 mini. The only downside was that there were quite a few scratches around the sides, despite the phone being listed as being in Excellent condition. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us because the phone went straight into a case, so the marks are no longer visible. The settings also indicate that the display is not a genuine Apple replacement part. In day-to-day use, however, the screen has looked great and has not caused us any problems. Overall, I think this represents excellent value for money. It has been a fantastic first iPhone for my son, and based on this experience I would definitely consider buying a renewed phone again.

The iphone arrived well packaged but not in an Apple box. It was in pristine condition with no marks or scratches. The battery health was 100%. A charging cable and sim tool was included. As I mainly use it as phone and for messages with the occasional photo, the small size of the 12 mini suits me well and fits easily into a pocket. My old phone had served me well but was not compatible with a new watch and could not accommodate the latest Apple update. For a modest sum this iphone has all I need and I am well pleased with the service and the iphone.

I am very happy with the product. A charging cable was also provided. I still need to charge the iphone, so I have ordered a 3 pin adapter, which I plan to attach to the charging cable. Then will try and get the iphone to work.

Low quality third party parts, screen was poorly replaced so dirt built up under the screen blocking the selfie camera and failing Face ID, along with the phone overheating

Noticeable dents along the sides Overall appearance suggests minimal refurbishment effort Price was lower than new (though perhaps not low enough given the condition) Battery health at 82%, which means reduced battery life compared to new Quality of refurbishment does not meet expected standards Bottom Line While the phone functions, the poor cosmetic condition and mediocre battery health make it difficult to recommend. The refurbishment quality appears substandard, suggesting this device received minimal attention during the restoration process.
