Very impressed! In genuinely excellent condition with no scratches and fantastic battery health of 96%, and a great price. This was after ordering an "excellent" condition iPhone on Backmarket which I had to return as it had deep scratches, as well as as a large chip on the screen, and it was really dirty - ughh! Try this seller instead.

⭐ *1/5* Extremely poor product quality and service. The phone’s touch and display failed quickly. I provided video evidence, but the response was to ask for payment without addressing the actual fault. Feels like a money-making scam with zero after-sales support. Would not recommend to anyone.

The product came with no visible wear. There is no scratches or cracks anywhere, apart from a tiny paint scratch around one of the cameras, but you have to look really closely to find it, so I am happy. It came in the colour I wanted, with the right amount of storage. The iPhone has no sound defaults, the call microphone is as it should be, and sound it as it should be. The display is as it should be too, there is no fault. However, the battery health came at 85% which I thought was ok, so didn’t request another product as the rest of the phone worked brilliantly. However, one month in we are now at 83% which is slightly concerning how fast it is draining as I only charge once a day when it is almost dead, but we will see how much more it drops. I am happy with the speed of things, it is not slow or lagging :)

Got it for my mother, she loves it, and I am happy with it, just wished it came with a battery higher than 75 percent.

No issues with this. Was bought for my wife who prefers a smaller device and uses her phone as a phone, not a tablet. Battery life is healthy - you can easily get a full day's runtime out of a single battery charge and the screen is good for the price. Had kinda forgotten that this was renewed - can't fault the quality - it remains scratch-free and the general appearance is fine. The fact that it hasn't picked up any new scratches is testament to it's durability. If you're coming from another iPhone, it is practically the same OS making it easy to use. My scoring system is: 1* = Serious issues with either the product or the customer service 2* = I'm not happy with the overall experience, it could be quality, service or value for money 3* = I got exactly what I was expecting - perfectly acceptable and my starting point for every review (partially as a protest against the view that anything less than 5* is poor - you have to earn the last two!) 4* = The purchase put a grin on my face for one reason or another 5* = I'm telling people about this in glowing terms!

Noticeable dents along the sides Overall appearance suggests minimal refurbishment effort Price was lower than new (though perhaps not low enough given the condition) Battery health at 82%, which means reduced battery life compared to new Quality of refurbishment does not meet expected standards Bottom Line While the phone functions, the poor cosmetic condition and mediocre battery health make it difficult to recommend. The refurbishment quality appears substandard, suggesting this device received minimal attention during the restoration process.
