Once you have your Delonghi Evo Magnifica setup (water hardness), you will need the recommended descaler solution to keep your product functioning properly. Because you will not know when descaling is necessary, you need to keep this product on-hand for adhoc cleaning. It works well as long as you follow the product instructions.
