I absolutely SleepyTime tea. A++ My grandmother use to make me sleepytime tea as a kid 30 years ago, and I still drink it almost nightly. I love the Taste, I add a lil honey, it definitely helps Relax your mind. I feel like with how old this company is they would have made a bigger box for us nightly tea drinkers. But for the Price and what you get is good. Just buy more boxes and add to a tea bag container.

One of my fav teas for bedtime!! Really helps me snooze solid! Better than meds. I steep in half a cup of hot water for 10 minutes,, this is my go to recipe✅ it is stronger but then I do not have to get up and use the Loo all nite. I mix with soy milk and honey sometimes! A small cup for the kiddos too, they love♥️

I rated this four stars, not because of the quality of the tea, but because it came in squashed!!! Luckily the tea bags weren't ripped. It's hard to tell when you receive everything in a plastic bag. Customers aren't sure if it was thrown around or smashed 😞. The price is the same as the stores. I just wanted it overnight. And it came very late following day at evening 🥺.

This tea is better than the regular sleepy time tea. I had trouble sleeping after medication changes and this helps me wind down and relax before bed. I wake up less often and feel more rested in the mornings. It also tastes great and is easy to prepare.

I feel this works well, but you do need to take it several hours before going to bed. I do not wake up tired or groggy.

a really interesting, calming flavour. unlike chamomile or lavender, an almost minty-sweet without having the cooling properties of mint. probably the valerian? either way it's delicious and unexpected, and i've come to love it from the first sip. when it comes to sleepiness, i haven't noticed anything more than what i would get from any warm drink at night. though i will say it's nice for my anxiety. even just the routine

Der Tee selbst war mir bereits zuvor bekannt und ich mag ihn sehr gerne und finde, dass er wirklich zur abendlichen Entspannung beitragen kann. Allerdings wird man bei diesem speziellen Angebot leider ordentlich über den Tisch gezogen. Laut Angaben werden 6 Packungen geliefert - im Endeffekt war es dann nur eine Packung. Und eine Packung um mehr als 6 Euro ist dann noch eine Frechheit. Also Achtung: Tee top, Angebot flop!

I love the flavor but it’s a bit expensive here compared to other sleep tea on the market.

Leider konnte ich den hier angebotenen Tee nicht testen denn es wurde jener geliefert der bereits zu 1/4 des Preises zu haben ist. Das Produkt geht hiermit zurück, bestellen Sie am besten gleich den günstigeren Tee dieser Firma, sie erhalten diesen scheinbar ohnehin!
