Love this small vacuum for everyday use, it's light weight works for me as a senior and it doesn't require bags, I just empty the dirt trap periodically. I got this to replace one I'd had for years and the new one has an improved design, stands on it's own, has a light on the front. and it has a stand that charges it so it stays ready to use. It also has a detachable hand vacuum.

Assembly was easy enough. Light weight. Packaging was excellent. Performance excellent. I bought this Electrolux Ergorapido because it’s lightweight and cordless. Very easy to use. If I had any complaints: works for about an hour and then it must be charged for 4 hours. The last Electrolux I have is over 40 years old and it keeps on going. I use it!

I’ve used cordless vacuums for years, as our house is all tile floors. My old vacuum wasn’t charging any more so I looked to replace it.. The brand I bought twice before wasn’t available any more so I bought this Electrolux. It is the best cordless vacuum I’ve ever used! Much more powerful than my old vacuum, even when it was new. I can’t believe the amount of dirt and dust it picks up. I bought the pet version since we have cats, so it has multiple attachments for both floor and upholstery. I really like that feature. The vacuum has a swivel head that goes around furniture and corners, even behind the toilet, which I could never do with my old vacuum. The portable/pet part removes from the main vacuum so it operates like a dust buster. This is great for any area the main vacuum doesn’t reach. Now I tend to vacuum more often as it’s so easy and a pleasure to use. I totally recommend this vacuum! Electrolux is a superior product and definitely worth it.

UPDATE - 3/7/2024 Third supervisor just advised me that the pics from Electrolux online, via email, told this was exactly what I needed via phone and in my portal are "just examples" of what the tag looks like and every email sent by Electrolux describing the tag are just an "example" even though they specifically state over and over again the long tag is what is needed. in addition to the two supervisors (one right before I spoke with this last one and this past Thursday) all stated it is a long tag and not this small one. All emails and calls have stated to upload/email all this information in all emails which I have done many many times and via phone calls, but now this third supervisor I now should have taken off the small rectangle which I was told was not the tag and adhered it to the paper I filled out instead of uploading a pic or screen shot as requested over and over again. Although taking off the non existent long tag was what I have been accused of mulitple times making it a "used/returned/replaced vacuum" I threw away the vac on Thursday as the first supervisor stated escalation team will fix this - finally right?? NOPE. They now refuse to send a replacement due to small sticker not physically being on the paper uploaded. UNREAL!!!! They have said all along this was not the right sticker! Run from the company. Just wow. This brand was a solid trustworthy company. Sadly not anymore. Oh and the new model - purchased this past week to prove via video and pics again that this long sticker isn't on this unit but only the canister model is lighter.- not in a good way and less suction from the last one. Totally cheapened this once amazing vac. Sending that back ASAP. This vacuum was great until it wasn't. The grey flex tubing that your dirt goes through to get into the dust buster started to crack in the folds. Sent everything through the warranty - proof of purchase, pics of the vacuum, and even the box itself to be emailed there should be a really long sticker on the vacuum multiple times. There is no way that sticker would fit anywhere on this thin vac. I asked for a picture of where it is to be on this vacuum have and received nothing. Today's call to follow up again on where the replacement is, I find out that I am being accused of tampering with a non existent sticker. My call then went to a Supervisor who is stating it will be sent to an escalation team, to send them the pictures which I have done, and could take another 3-5 business days to hear back. That doesn't even mean the replacement would sent out during that time. Going on a month now and still have a broken vacuum.

This is my first Electrolux although my mother always had one. I bought it to keep upstairs to use for sweeping up hair in the bathroom and cat litter around the litter box that, unfortunately, we have to keep in a carpeted room. I have the cat box on a heavy-duty shower curtain liner for protection but the litter scatters. This does ok for a quick pick-up on carpet, but it is better on the tile bathrooms. It can't replace my central vac but is easier to grab without having to deal with the hose and cord. I do like the way it charges. No need to get holes drilled in the walls, just plug in the charging holder and it charges continuously. I sent a previous cordless back because you had to remove it once fully charged. That was too much trouble and I knew I'd forget to remove it and risk destroying the battery. This vacuum also stands by itself and is lightweight and maneuverable, both plusses. It also has a removeable part that is like a dustbuster, and I have used it on our carpeted stairs with the attachment. This works better than having to get out the central vac. On the negative side, I do not like the way it has to be cleaned. There are a few steps and I can't just stand over the trash and dump the mess in like my other cordless. The canister has to be removed from the vacuum and when opened the mess does not easily drop out. It is wound around the filter and no matter what I have to use my fingers to pry the dirt and hair off. I dump it into a trashcan I keep upstairs that has a lid so I can contain the dust. Also my handy husband takes it out to his shop and cleans it out for me using his air compressor. I think that with his good care this will work for what I am asking it to do. I did end up purchasing another corded stick vacuum from Amazon that will be able to clean the entire upstairs in between central vac heavy cleans. I think that one really needs several vacuums to maintain a home easily. As a senior I do not want to be lugging vacuums up and down the stairs. Having several vacs means I will actually clean since it isn't so much of a chore.

Lightweight. Cordless. Bagless. Two vacs in one. Swivels easily. Stands on its own. Attractive design. Easy to grab and go. Unbelievable suction—I was shocked at what it pulled out of my carpet. Makes my life so much easier! Vacuuming shouldn't have to be a dreaded chore; now it's quick and easy. I love it so much, that I convinced my mom and dad, who are elderly, to get one as well. They absolutely love it too. They had a couple of big clunky and heavy vacuum cleaners with great suction, but they were nearly impossible for my parents to move safely. I’m SO glad that I encouraged them to get this and I don't have to worry about them tripping or falling while vacuuming. For them, it is like night and day, really. [** UPDATE 7/2024 **: My Mom loves this vacuum so much that she decided she would like another one for the second floor of their house. It is lightweight enough that she could easily carry it up the stairs, but for convenience, she would like a second one. It makes me feel good that she likes it so much. My parents are very "particular." Initially, I was worried that she would feel that the suction was not strong enough for her carpets, but she is as astonished as I am with how much dirt that is pulled up with each use. I empty the cup on mine every time. Because it is light-weight and relatively quiet, one would expect the performance to be weak, but it is as good or better than the larger uprights I've used in the past.] One minor issue with the design: The nozzle attachment for the handheld vacuum is stored inside the charging base. As others have commented, it would be better if this attachment were more easily accessible (i.e. stored on the vacuum itself). So, if you are about to vacuum and think you might be using the hand-held device at some point, you should grab the nozzle from the base when you remove the vacuum from the charger. This will save you from having to go back to the base to get it. Recommendation: Get the additional warranty for a few extra dollars. I had a cordless Electrolux very similar to this one many years ago and it lasted about a year, so I definitely signed up for the extra warranty for both machines. It adds a couple of years after the manufacturer's warranty run out. Worth it.

This vacuum is great for tidying up and small jobs. I use it when I don’t have time to take out my full size vacuum. I find that the low setting works well on tile flooring and the high setting works for rugs. However, I did notice that vacuuming items like cereal Os takes putting the vacuum right on top of the cereal. Since the vacuum is light and easy to empty, I don’t mind using it and emptying it. The one drawback is that the inner filter gets really dirty very quickly and needs to be cleaned more frequently than my last small vac. All in all, I would recommend this vac as a second vac for small jobs and tidying up.

Excellent stick vacuum - and I’ve been through a few different brands, including Dyson. This one is lightweight, simple & easy to use, store, recharge, clean out and clean up and is NOT loud. Responding to some of the more negative reviews : stick vacuums aren’t meant to be heavy duty clean your entire house of major messes type vacuum . Use appropriately and this is a great way to quickly clean up dog hair, kitchen crumbs, dust bunnies and dirt left behind from shoes & boots.

La batería duró solo 1 año tres meses. Es lo que no me gusta de estas aspiradoras, son prácticas pero la batería no está destinada a durar.
