This is a very fun looking and easy keyboard for kids. It has 8 different tones and 8 different rhythms. You can speed the rhythm up or slow it down, as well as increase the volume up or down, which is a great feature for parents! It also throws in a couple of different drum options as well as some random animal noises (frog, bird, duck, dog). Seems like a good quality keyboard and it interested all of my kids ages 3,5,7, and 8 (although I think the younger ones enjoyed it more). There’s a record function, but I’m not really sure how it works. They said something about attaching the USB to the computer to do it. I thought it would’ve been cool, but not really sure how to use it but the kids don’t seem to notice it or miss it! I bought it for $17. I think it was a pretty good value. I would recommend it!

Perfect gift for my 3 year old, it is very lightweight and easy for him to move around and play on his own and he really enjoys all of the pre set buttons, especially the dog barking.

Nice and lightweight. Color looked just like in picture-super cute purple! Like that the sound can be loud or quiet.

It’s inexpensive and pretty darn durable, mine even survived a dip into the kiddie pool 😂 It’s a perfect kids toy keyboard, it’s tough, simple, and has fun animal sounds. That being said you can’t play more than 2 notes at once without some strange undesired pitches sorta glitching out of the unit. This makes it useless for playing actual music with but my 2 year old doesn’t mind one bit.

Exactly what I needed for $18. Other reviews are correct, it does Not save volume level after being turned off. And the record function does not hold memory after being turned off either. However for a 5 year olds music themed birthday addition, it may end up as the star of the show. We have access to a full digital keyboard at home, but wanted something lightweight, multiple sounds, not an overwhelming amount of buttons and clear labels for adults to be able to help her with. It’s very light which is a big plus for us, the size is 3 octaves but they are split. The color is accurate to the picture, we chose purple and pink color for her but I love the blue. I am hoping this will last a year or two, as the playability is good for a prek kid not in formal lessons. I would say if you are looking for an age appropriate way to introduce some of the basics, and a larger keyboard is not an option, this is a great educational intro. Note; there are 14 sound levels and it starts at 11. At this level, the piano often gets tinny and awful sounding with anything other than gentle playing. I am preparing myself internally already. I am hopeful that after a few minutes of chaos smashing she will be more interested in the lower levels, I’ll keep you posted lol.

I bought this keyboard for my 2 year old son. The device is light but well made. He enjoys the different pre-programmed sounds and likes playing the keys as well. He figured out how to turn it off/on and plays with it frequently. The only negative as a parent is the volume level is not maintained when the device is turned off. The device has good sound, so the default setting is fairly loud.

Broke soon after use but was very fun for the kids.
